AROUND THE WEB:

— A potential juror in Aaron Hernandez’ second murder trial showed up to Suffolk Superior Court wearing a Patriots hat on Tuesday.

Officers made the man take off the hat and he was, obviously, not selected as a juror. 64 other potential jurors, including a self-proclaimed Trump supporter and woman due to give birth in April, were also dismissed.

Hernandez was present in the courtroom and said “good morning” to the jury prospects.

The trial is set to begin on March 1.

— Fenway Sports Management has submitted a bid to host the 2018 Army-Navy game at Fenway Park. It will be the 119th meeting between the two teams.

The Yankees are also in the mix to host the game along with the home fields of the Giants/Jets, Patriots, Ravens and Redskins, according to Navy athletic director Chet Gladchuk.

“In January or so we’ll figure out who are the pretenders and who are the contenders. There will be some cities that truly submit something that is significant and others that are simply going through the motions,” Gladchuk said in December. “That is when everyone has to lay their cards on the table. We’ll take a look at the bids, then take some site visits. We’ll go look at some cities and see exactly what they have to offer.”

Fenway Park will host Brown vs. Dartmouth, Boston College vs. UConn and UMass vs. Maine this year.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “I’ve been on the Patriots now for a little while … The two best team chemistries that I was involved with, we just so happened to win Super Bowls … I mean, all our guys can get along with each other. All our guys can hang out and it’s pretty much like that in the locker room. There is no beef.” — Julian Edelman, on the Patriots’ team chemistry

HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Manny Delcarmen (35)
