On the same day Tom Brady backed out of the Patriots’ White House visit, his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen promoted an anti-Trump climate change rally on Twitter. But now, the message has been deleted.

Bündchen’s original tweet was posted at 12:46 p.m.Wednesday, shortly after Brady announced he wasn’t going to accompany his team due to personal reasons. It included a link to a website detailing the People’s Climate March, which is taking place at the capital April 29.

“Everything we have struggled to move forward in the United States is in peril,” the site reads. “Our loved ones feel under siege, and those in power in Washington are advancing a dark and dangerous vision of America that we know is untrue. To change everything, we need everyone.”

After staying up Wednesday morning, the tweet was taken down sometime in the afternoon or early evening. Donald Trump, who talked incessantly about his friendship with Brady during the presidential campaign, didn’t mention the quarterback’s name at the White House ceremony.

This isn’t the first time Bündchen has publicly expressed opposition towards Trump. On Instagram last year, she replied “NO!” when asked if she and Brady were backing his candidacy.

Even though Brady called Trump a “good friend,” he’s seemingly backed away from him in recent months. Following the election, he told Kirk & Callahan Bündchen “wasn’t allowing him to talk politics anymore.”

Conspiracy theorist says Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are ‘transgender illuminati’ 03.09.17 at 12:26 pm ET

Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bündchen are one of the most powerful couples in the world. But one conspiracy theorist says they’re living a lie.

In a YouTube video viewed nearly 33,000 times, a blogger named “MrE3000″ makes an outlandish claim: Brady and Bündchen are ‘transgender illuminati.’ Let’s unpack this declaration step-by-step:

Illuminati (secret organization of the most powerful elite in the world):

At the start of the video, a couple pictures of Brady and Bündchen show up on the screen. In all of them, they’re photographed sticking up their pinky, index finger and thumb. According to Illuminati Rex, this gesture is called the “El Diablo” –– otherwise known as the University of Texas’ ‘Hook ’em Horns’ hand signal. Other notable people who have flashed this supposed Illuminati symbol are President George W. Bush, President Barack Obama and Rihanna.

Transgender:

For the duration of the commentary, “MrE3000″ analyzes pictures of Brady’s and Bündchen’s abdomens. On men, he says the belly button should be above the smallest part of the waist. But that’s not the case with Brady.

“Tom Brady has an indentation above the belly button. Is Tom Brady a woman – a female-to-male Illuminati [transgender]?,” he asks.

He says Bündchen, meanwhile, has masculine features.

“She has a little indentation here [below the belly button] – that’s a masculine feature – then it goes straight up from there,” the conspiracy theorist says. “Some photos are Photoshopped and in others she’s bending her back to give the illusion of an hour glass figure – but it’s an illusion.”

“MrE3000″ isn’t just singling out Brady and Bündchen. He’s also recently released videos theorizing Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper and Miley Cyrus are transgender as well.

Tom Brady: ‘If it was up to my wife, I’d retire today’ 02.06.17 at 2:56 pm ET
By   |  Comments Off on Tom Brady: ‘If it was up to my wife, I’d retire today’

Apparently, Gisele Bundchen wants Tom Brady to retire on top.

In an interview with Sirius XM NFL Radio Monday, Brady said Bundchen urged him to hang it up last night following the Patriots’ historic come-from-behind win in Super Bowl LI.

“If it was up to my wife she’d have me retire today, she told me that last night,” he said. “I said, ‘Too bad babe.'”

After throwing for the most yards in Super Bowl history and hoisting his fifth Lombardi Trophy, it seems unlikely that Brady is going to walk away anytime soon. On Sunday, NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported the Patriots are expecting him to play for another three or five more years. That timeline meshes with Brady’s wishes. He’s repeatedly said he wants to play until he’s 45.

Brady, 39, is signed through 2019.

Gisele Bündchen shoots down reports: ‘I’m not renting my apartment’ 11.14.14 at 5:15 pm ET

Over the past day or so, many reports have surfaced online of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen renting out their New York City condo.

Gisele took to Twitter Friday afternoon saying the reports are wrong. “Enough is enough… Please stop creating lies to sell your paper, I’m not renting my apartment,” she tweeted.

The reports said the couple were looking to rent out their apartment for $40,000 a month unfurnished, and $42,500 furnished.

If you’ve ever wanted to live in Tom Brady and Gisele’s New York condo, you’re in luck — if you have a lot of money.

The couple has listed its Manhattan condo for $42,500 a month and $40,000 unfurnished, spotted by Curbed.com. The three-bed room condo is on the 47th floor of New York’s One Madison development. The quarterback and supermodel paid $14 million for the property last year, which has “river-to-river plus park views.”

The entire listing reads:

Step off your keyed elevator into your private Entrance Foyer with framed unprecedented unencumbered views South. Move into an open great room looking North over Madison Square Park with iconic never before positioned views of the Empire State Building, West to the Hudson River, and well beyond. Watch the sunset each evening from the Southwest corner Living Room with the soft light reflecting off the Freedom Tower and all of Manhattan’€™s bridges. The Master Bedroom Suite captures arguably the most magical and romantic night views North of the twinkling Empire State Building and East for soft morning sunrises over the East River.

AROUND THE WEB:

‘™¦ Giants running back Brandon Jacobs offered his take on the Gisele Bundchen controversy, after Tom Brady‘s supermodel wife was videotaped criticizing Patriots receivers following Sunday’s Super Bowl. Bundchen was responding to a heckling Giants fan when she said that her husband could not catch the ball as well as throw it.

Said Jacobs to reporters at Tuesday’s Giants victory parade in New York: “She just needs to continue to stay cute and shut up.”

‘™¦ A Nielsen poll determined that Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is the most disliked athlete in America, ranking ahead of golfer Tiger Woods. Jets receiver Plaxico Burress is third and Lions defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh is fourth. Then it’s three NBA players: Nets forward Kris Humphries, Heat star LeBron James and Lakers guard Kobe Bryant. Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is ninth.

‘™¦ Lakers star Kobe Bryant will not face charges for an incident at a San Diego church last year. A man had accused Bryant of grabbing him aggressively and taking his phone after thinking the man had taken a picture of the player, then returning the phone after seeing no photos. Bryant denied the allegations. The city attorney’s office said Tuesday that it could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.

‘™¦ The University of Memphis is the latest school to switch conferences, as the Tigers will be joining the Big East starting in 2013-14. In The Commercial Appeal, Geoff Calkins runs down the list of reasons why Memphis fans should celebrate the move from Conference USA.

The meaning of Gisele: Examining the reaction to Bundchen’s reaction 02.07.12 at 11:47 am ET

Someone has to take the heat when a team loses a big game, and in the aftermath of the Super Bowl, it was Tom Brady‘s supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, receiving some criticism following her comments blaming the Patriots receivers for the Super Bowl loss because of some drops on catchable balls in the fourth quarter.

There is validity to Bundchen’s statement. Eli Manning acknowledged that the Patriots likely would have been able to run out the clock had Wes Welker caught a ball that hit him in the hands (while he leapt), and there were more incompletions on the final series on passes intended for Deion Branch and Aaron Hernandez.

So why, then, with Bundchen’s accurate assessment of the receivers’ fault in the loss, have columns around the nation called for Bundchen to keep her mouth shut?

FoxSports.com columnist Jen Floyd Engel opines that the vitriol is driven from a general belief amongst women that Bundchen is always telling other people how to live their lives.

“Sorry, Gisele, women hate you,” Floyd Engel writes. “What most women find obnoxious about Gisele is how she thinks it is her job to tell us how to live ours better, too.” Read the rest of this entry »
